Download Problems. Tried to download MacInformer, could not find it in my Downloads Folder. Subsequent attempts to re-downlooad have failed - nothing happens when I click on 'Download Now' button

Hello. That's difficult to diagnose, the file (simac.dmg) downloads fine on our side. Assuming you're using Safari, try alt-clicking on the button (or right-clicking on it and picking 'Download linked file as...') and setting the destination manually.
